1.Reasons for return
Have you purchased a product from us that is not what you expected it to be? You can always return it. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance, so we accept - without hassle - the following reasons for return:

2. Deadlines
Please make your returns known to us as soon as possible and return them as soon as possible. To be precise, the following deadlines apply:

3. State of products
Please return your products to us in the state that you have received them. This means:

Obviously, we believe that you should have a good opportunity to evaluate your purchased products. Please feel free to unpack and install products in case reasonably necessary for a proper assessment.
However, in case products show signs of usage, are not complete anymore or are unnecessarily opened we reimburse 75% of the original purchase price.

5. Return procedure
Our return procedure consists of four steps:

Stap 3 |
After receipt, products we will be checked within 2 business days to verify if they are received in good condition. |

After verifying the product, your returns will be handled as follows: 1. Not satisfied You will receive a refund or credit note as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 working days 2.
